Post by: wb1ead on September 27, 2012, 04:09:21 PM I can't go by without throwing in a comment..I also was around yesterday approx 2-3:00pm..called about a dozen times if not more at 21.420 on AM..band was W-I-D-E open below..just a couple "curiosity" carriers greeted me..tried 10mtrs too at 29mhz..all this while beaming Europa..there may have been activity to the left coast..but "dey is sound asleep over der"..to prove it out I went to SSB and dropped my call to the "big" ones below..got 5/9++..on BOTH bands!..that is VERY odd IMHO..back at it today 73 de DAVE
