Title: 40 tonite Post by: VE3LYX on April 14, 2012, 10:31:41 PM 40M was wide open tonite. I was able to work N1HXA easily. He ran barefoot and with an AMP . Could copy fine either way. Heard Nick from Ottawa (OWV)working him as well and a WV station and a N Jersey station. AMfone - Dedicated to Amplitude Modulation on the Amateur Radio Bands
Some of the Radios were a Johnson Ranger (HXA) A Dx100 (OWV) and a DX60B here (LYX) Armchair copy here on all. Don Ve3LYX Big Power is nice but QRP adds some spice |
