That is my problem. I appreciate the effort you went to ,to copy me. I have several other Am rigs but one that is the best is only 8 watts but on a vfo. Am currenly working on a bigger one which is also VFO. The Dx60B is my back up deal. Just so I keep my hand in the game.

If I am downstairs in my homebrew ham shack I monitor 7290. If I hear activity I call on my Homebrew rig. If unsuccessful I often come upstairs to my DX60B station but it is crystal controled. I have 7120 and 7290 in it for 40M AM. BTW Henk , I am coming to your fair land June 6 for 12 days. Any hamfests I should attend? Over the past week heard several different AM QSO's after 8 PM around 7290/7295.

I was down in the lower ham shack later and tried a couple of times on the QRP homebrew. Had good copy there but not enuf stomp to get out. I use a bent vertical down there and an multiband inverted Vee Up here in the main shack.

(+/- 04.20 - 04.30 Londen GMT time) Because at 04.30 (GMT) a BC starting on 7220 khz. :'( Mostly early mornings I listen to 80 & 40 to receive AM. This morning I heard a strong BC on 7185, max. S6!
