..check this out...i worked jim,ve3bhk  on 7120. i was on am, he was on ssb...he has a McIlroy tx, that is quite rare...missing coils...the design was sold to leo, at wrl..

I have seen a couple of those for sale on epay from time to time. I didn't know they operated SSB?

They're super great; it comes with not one sideband, but two sidebands, and even carrier.

He must be doin a "double-wide" AM and sideband at the SAME time! ! ! ! ! ! ! !  ;D

..i'm not sure what all he needs to get it going...he did mention coils, but maybe more..

It must be a great transmitter since it has Six (6) lightening bolts on the face!
