Title: Friday Night Nov. 4th on 1885 AM
Post by: Tom WA3KLR on November 05, 2011, 01:40:43 PM
After having a QSO with Chet WB2AHK and Carl WA2UJX on 1885,
I heard K5UJ in QSO on either 1880 or 1890, don't remember.  Good signal.
I had to hit the hay, so I couldn't take the time to say hello; sorry.

Hi Tom tnx for the report; never know how well I'm getting out with the inverted L, but Dave W6PSS seems to copy me regulalry in KC (but that direction is favored by the antenna).  I would have been on 1880; that's almost always where I am--occasionally I'll be on 1885, a BIG move up the band hi hi.

I was probably working my buddies in MIch. KD8CVY, N8OKR et al. and/or W6PSS and/or K4KYV.
