Title: 1959 "Ham Radio Handbook"
Post by: Ed/KB1HYS on September 19, 2011, 09:11:45 PM
I picked this beat up hardcover at a library sale for 50 cents. Published by Electronics Illustrated. I was hoping for something with lot's of homebrew ideas or technical information.  It was more like a how to get on the air book with lot's of rig pics. almost like a catalog of who's who of vintage rigs and equipment (although at the time they were the Flex's of the '50's).

What Really got me was that there on one of the pages was a spread with Leo Meyerson W0GFQ and a Globe King, a Globe chief and a 75A4.

Anyone want to scan the photos in?
