Folks really have it in their head that just because we enjoy working AM that we All must be still running tube rigs? That would mean CW fans are still using spark-gap rigs...Make the most of what you have and have a good time...

Hello!
On 40 mts I hear often these word: contest
Then I think.... 'I want not listen to that!'
I have been listening around 7220 khz (+/- 06.10 by me).
But I hear totally nothing around 7220 khz.
Freq. complete empthy.... no AM and no ssb....
But I think conditions were bad this morning.

Greetings,

Henk, PE1MPH

Hello!
Very strange band 40 mtrs.
I think a contest were on this band...
On 7185 khz I heard Fortunato 9H1ES often calling, but ssb blowing all away!
Often I listen around 7220 khz, totaly nothing!
While I heard, for example, many ssb from the USA around 7165!
