In many of the Clegg Zeus transmitters, there was no PTT relay. Mike jack has the PTT connection but the lead dead-ends on the multi-pin connector going to the PS/modulator. Most schematics floating around, RF Unit schematic version number CL-10-257C and PS/modulator schematic version number CL-10-258E, do not show the PTT relay nor all the PTT wiring. Anyone have any later version schematics, or any info that documents the PTT wiring. I've been told that there is a schematic version number DF-10-258F for the PS/modulator that does have the PTT information. I have no information on an updated schematic version number for the RF deck. Anyone have this info for the PTT wiring? Drop me a PM.
