Title: Link Antenna Coupler with oposite phase (right and left turning) windings

Hi to all:
When winding the tank/output coil is it ok to:
(1) have one half of coil wound with right turning threaded wire/tubing
(2) and the other half of coil wound with left turning threaded wire/tubing?

Both wires/tubing are wound on the same axis and are connecected in the middle of coil for parallel/voltage tuning.
The two wires/tubing are opened/cut in the middle for series/current tuning.

May the above be done to the input/link coil too?

Both halves should be wound in the same direction. If you change directions in the middle of the coil, the two halves will be subtractive instead of additive, and you will end up with near zero total inductance.

With two separate coils, such as the plate tank coil and  coupling link, it doesn't matter whether the link is wound in the same or opposite directions as the main coil.
