Alternatively, examine any existing crystals to determine operating characteristics: TX frequencies, (crystal frequency and operating), IF frequency, and receive characteristics (frequencies), etc. JAN Crystals is still in business: http://www.jancrystals.com/ An altenative is asking around for suitable crystals. I have a small trove of 10M crystals for CB's. I'm sure others do as well. As per the manual, "Transmitter and receiver crystals are 3rd overtone series mode type with the receiver operating 455 Kc's below the Transmitter Frequency" if that helps any..but 29 Mc's and one crystal 455 kcs below would be just fine. I think I'll call Jan tomorrow an work on this right now I'm waiting on the Electrical Lineman from the Power company, seems I have a loose fitting either on the pole or at the Tap...my lights have been blinking bright and dark all weekend...They say it's on our side..as always..sometimes it's hectic living on a Farm ... :D 73 Jack. It's Great Man I can put my little tube rigs on the air In style Like we like to do..Man Many Thanks..The Girl at International Knew after a Bit of hunting what I needed and I ordered Double Copies...to Have Man this makes my whole Day...Finally i can put these little Girls on the air...Next I'll just need to find a little amp for a little power and Bango...I"ll be in full AM Style..and NO 10 meter Junk...Yea....that's the best..
