It's hard to believe they can have a fully functioning cam, lifter set, push rods, rockers and valves in a machine that small. TIMES EIGHT! When I first looked at it I figured "just another two cycle look alike". Awesome is the only word I can think of. The engineering and machining that goes into building a machine like that boggles the mind.

I didn't find much detail on the spark distributor. I didn't look very close. I suspect they went as far as they did with the engine mechanical detail and have a fully functioning distributor rather than firing all eight at a time. I book marked it and will look again when I can.
