Serial #1.. anyone know what this is? I will need the plugin certainly!

also, shelves of many RCA/VIZ Senior Volt-Ohmists in various states of repair and about 55 pcs of TS-505 military VTVM. a few Wavetek 3002's, 2 seem complete. There should be enough parts to make one. or two if I am lucky -and can get them.
