Title: ARRL One Tube PW Transciever
Post by: Carl WA1KPD on February 22, 2008, 02:59:44 PM
There is a short article on a one tube transceiver on page 20 in the March
issue. Unfortunately it didn't have a schematic or anything The transceiver uses one 6AQ5, has side tone, QSK and 5W out

Apparently QST told the author that not to many people will be interested in it and so they didn't print the full article, just a summary.

I suggest those who are interested email QST and ask for the schematic and parts list to show them there is interest out there!

See Electric Radio Magazine for Hal's Article:
1-Tube Back to the Future CW Transceiver, Issue 169, June 2003, page 8
and Update Issue 185, October 2004, page 25

But speaking of Hal, it interesting to view his inventory of "stuff". Having never been to his location, it's hard to get a total perspective of space, but he's got lots of "stuff".
