Title: Need HQ129x.pdf
Post by: N9NEO on January 20, 2008, 09:15:48 AM
I am trying to get hold of HQ129x manual.  Bama doesn't want to give it to me in PDF form, only DJVU.  If you have it in pdf please send.  A schematic would be good enough for today if you don't have the manual.

regards,
Bob

Converting the BAMA file to PDF is easy, but the original scan is ugly. Probably done on a $20 scanner.

I increased the resolution on just the BAMA schematic sheet with the second PDF attachment.

This stuff on BAMA is far below my standards for manual replications.

TNX, Pete!

I wasn't having much luck getting the HQ-129X manuals from BAMA, either. I thought it was just my machine. I guess not!

I take back all those things I said about you!  ;)

Yeah but it's free, you're not. :)

You get what you pay for with BAMA including all the frustrations, $20 dollar scan equipment, and incomplete documents. High quality, complete documents, and guaranteed work doesn't come free. Over 8,000 customers have already told me so. ;D

scanners are pretty much all the same these days. helps for fold outs to have one that does legal size or better longwise.

My HP Scanjet 3500c I paid 40 bucks at Staples for years ago is still perking along, and when I crank the dpi I get some damn good scans. It only goes out to 11 inches though.  :-\
