Looking for the 2-pin receptacle.  Can't remember where I found the last one........

The D104 used a three-pin connector.   Do you mean a two-pin mic connector?     That would be  a Amphenol/WPI 80-MC2M.

Newark Electronics has these Amphenol connectors in stock every day. The Newark stock number for this connector is 39F010, and they list for $11.01 each.
