But yes, I heated up leftovers for lunch Friday by tossing the freezer bag out onto the patio concrete. Yesterday afternoon, Because it was 110, I broiled some sausages with nothing but solar radiation... Put 'em in pyrex dish, wrapped it up good with some cling wrap, set it all on a black-painted piece of metal, and aimed a mirror at the top of of 'em... 20 minutes later it smelled like I had the grill going out there. Hour and twenty later I brought 'em in with a potholder, the edges were browned! |
