Title: tower info
Post by: N0BST on April 21, 2007, 06:47:44 PM
I picked up a used Rohn BX tower, six section's worth.  The guy I got it from said it was up when he bought the property so I'm the third owner.  He didn't have the installation info and I'm wondering if any of you guys happen to have it?  I'd like to know how deep the concrete base needs to go and any other details regarding it.  I do have a source for the bolts which get sunk into the concrete.

Thanks!

Scott Todd

A quick Google search for "Rohn BX tower", turned this up on the first click:

http://www.antennasystems.com/towers.html#bxtower (http://www.antennasystems.com/towers.html#bxtower)

Then click on "BX Tower Catalog (PDF)" - Instructions, Assembly, Specifications, are all there.
