This story came across the Collins reflector. Where is Dr. Frankenschtein?

I'm glad this story is still on the net.  Back around 1999-2000 when I was still just getting my feet wet with boatanchors and setting up my vintage hamshack, this story really caught my attention.  I must have read the story and looked at all the pictures a hundred times. Really an incredible find!!!  I wonder if somewhere, there is another mothballed station still waiting to me discovered.  Whatever happened to the "Bartlesville Kilowatt??  Is it on the air?
