Title: MISSION (next to) IMPOSSIBLE-- 8OM WIRE BACK UP
Post by: KC4VWU on August 22, 2015, 07:07:14 PM
The coax fed inverted vee is finally back up and twice as high as it was; now about 40ft. Yippee! Sure will be nice not to have to duck and dodge low hanging lines while cutting the grass!

Congrats, Phil. I thought the same thing when I got my messenger cable up with the feedlines off the ground for the first time since moving here in 2008.

Still need to get the 80m dipole back up, though. One end came down a year or so back and is just lashed up temporarily to a short tree. Fortunately the tractor fits under it.
