Title: R-390a replacement springs Post by: k7mdo on April 17, 2013, 04:55:55 PM Does anyone know or have a source for those little springs that provide the tension for the split gears on the R-390 drivetrain?
In the unit I am working on the springs are badly corroded and I would like to replace them but I only need about 6 of them. that probably isn't going to meet a minimum order anywhere.... ideas? From time to time i've used stuff like this to temp fix things.
FWIW, I'd take apart disposable lighters to use the flints in 'em. I guess i'd save a$1.00 a year doing this.
