He was 40 over 9 on modulation peaks here in SW Missouri that night, presumably from his QTH in Maine. No other station from that area of the country was even close. I wish I had his antenna. ;) Title: Re: WA1HLR Post by: KM1H on February 02, 2013, 05:04:11 PM Quote Wire array @ 160 feet http://www.timtronics.com/index.htm That link has nothing to do with HLR Title: Re: WA1HLR Post by: W2PFY on February 03, 2013, 03:19:59 PM https://picasaweb.google.com/110796788101790984942/WA1HLRWBCQWBCQStartsAtTheWindmill (https://picasaweb.google.com/110796788101790984942/WA1HLRWBCQWBCQStartsAtTheWindmill) AMfone - Dedicated to Amplitude Modulation on the Amateur Radio Bands
The first 16 pictures are some of Tim's antennas. You can pick out some of the antennas up at 190 feet. The rest are of WBCQ. Hope you enjoy them. I took these pictures back in 08. |
