Title: Liquid gasket
Post by: RolandSWL on December 10, 2012, 03:52:11 PM
Hi All,

If you get credit cards or other plastic I.D. cards in the mail, they are often adhered to a paper backing with what I like to call fake snot. I think this material would be usefull to seal project boxes which spend thier lives outdoors. The advantage over silicone adhesive is that the snotty stuff is removable later on.
Someone once told me that it was available at HomeDepot, but, I've never been able to find it.
Anyone know where to get it?

Thanks, Roland

You're probably referring to "glue dots":
