I don't think the jack provides 115v output, but does have two sets of relays that can wired to external 115v.
relay 1,
Pin 5 N.O
Pin 9 Pole
Pin 10 N.C

relay 2,
Pin 2 N.O
Pin 3 Pole
Pin 4 N.C

Do you have the HT-37 manual? If not then you can download the HT-37 manual at the following link:

http://bama.edebris.com/manuals/hallicra/ht37/

Once the manual is downloaded, go to the page "3" and study the SO8 11 pin connector. Pins 2 and 3 are the relay terminals
inside the HT-37 that control an external user provided antenna change over relay. You have to provide the external antenna
change over relay and power source for the relay. All pins 2 and 3 are there for are to act as a "switch" turning the external
antenna change over relay ON/OFF. The HT-37 does not provide 120VAC for the antenna change over relay, you provide that
power source (see page 3 of the manual).

You can find the 11 pin plugs that fit the HT-37's rear 11 pin socket on eBay or from Radiodaze.com.
