Well so far all I have found Bad is a Fuse Rectifier 1N 1084 it's Open.... it Has Plate Joltage Has Filament Power and that's it so far...I don't know why somebody would Paint this...it ruins the collective value as far as Older Equipment goes Darn it. 73 Jack KA3ZLR Title: Re: Another Freebee Gonset GSB 101 Post by: kb3ouk on August 03, 2011, 08:32:02 PM what tubes are in it? looks to me like 572's. at least the tubes in that are mounted vertically, the 572b's in my hunter 2000b are in there hoizontal, what a pain putting those things in there, then broke the plate clip off the end of one of the parasitic supressors, fun trying to get that soldered back together, had to take the tubes out to get to it after i just got done putting them in then had to take them all out, since it couldnt have been one of the upper clips i broke, it was one clear at the bottom.
