Title: What's this out of?
Post by: KA8WTK on April 09, 2011, 01:54:56 PM
Went to a ham fest today and found this. Looks like it is wired for 3-500 tubes with the grids grounded and cathode driven. This seems to be commercial by the construction and wiring. What is it out of? Any ideas?

Pictures aren't too clear, can post better ones if need be.

Hey, I am sorry I missed you!
I just could not resist that. You know how it goes...."Gee, all I have to do is add an output network and a power supply and I got a lenyar!"
I was hoping some one could identify what commercial piece it came out of so I would have a clue about the merit of the plate choke coil and the cathode choke.
