Title: What's this out of? Post by: KA8WTK on April 09, 2011, 01:54:56 PM Went to a ham fest today and found this. Looks like it is wired for 3-500 tubes with the grids grounded and cathode driven. This seems to be commercial by the construction and wiring. What is it out of? Any ideas?

I just could not resist that. You know how it goes...."Gee, all I have to do is add an output network and a power supply and I got a lenyar!" I was hoping some one could identify what commercial piece it came out of so I would have a clue about the merit of the plate choke coil and the cathode choke. |
