But the next time in QSO with O. he'd've asked for a recitation of the preamble to the US Constitution... figuring, of course, that any prez. worth his salt would know that, the Dec. of Independence, all the articles of the Constitution, etc. Irb was always a gentleman, at least in the first QSO.
