No problem, Shelby. A weather front is moving into the Rockies tonight and t-storms are popping up making for some serious noise competing with you.

Actually, band conditions seem quite decent tonight, with no sunspots 75 might be a serious DX band this winter.

I've got to swap out the driver tube in the rig, it's gone gassy, pulling way too much plate current and I'm basking in the aroma of overheated bakelite in the shack. Once it cools down it's OK, but it won't survive old buzzard xmissions.

Steve, HUZ, strapping signal over here. What are you using for a TX antenna?

Gotta work early tomorrow morning so GN all.

Walt,
Thanks for the 14db report difference between the dipole and delta loops.  The dipole is at 60' and the delta loops at 190' and beaming your way.

The band was rather noisy tonight, but we had a good turn-out.  I signed out at 11:30 est. The band started going long around 10:00 PM with locals fading out. . The west coast probably would have started to come in at about 12 midnight. We'll try again tomorrow night.

Here's a list of stations worked.  The group is still going strong and new stations are breaking in as of 11:45 PM EST.

WA1HLR/Tim  Maine
N1HCI/Tom NH
KB3OUK/Shelby  PA
AB3FL
W2NBC/Jeff  NJ
WA3MJY/Rick  PA
KE4LRL/Jeff  NC
KD0HG/Bill  Colorado
KC8VOW/John  Mich
K7YOO/Skip  MN
WB3HUZ/Steve   VA
W0ZR/Tom  MN
VK6JS/Hiram Australia

That’s a good start to a new fall coast to coast season. It's just a matter of getting on the air to encourage the activity.

73,

Tom, K1JJ

You were 20-25 dB over 9 Bill, as loud as anyone on the freq besides Tom and LRL who's just down the road in Charlotte, NC.

Just a dipole here at 80 feet.
