Title: Washington Tries to Kill Internet Broadcasting

Diane Feinstein has introduced a bill to prohibit internet broadcasting.  I find this so ironic in the light of the FCC's blind evangelism of BPL, a technology whose main reason for existence it to support the bandwidths needed by high-bitrate media - like internet broadcasting.

Not sure why you find it ironic. The FCC is part of the Executive branch and Feinstein is part of the Legislative Branch. Then there's the whole political/agenda thing that is likely quite different between the two.
