We've had so much rain here it looks like we are out of the 5 year drought here in Northern California, the south state hasn't done as well but they are on the way. We had several inches of rain here in the Bay Area over weekend, looks like we a have some dry weather for awhile.

Perfect antenna weather here in the Southern Tier of NY.   6" of snow on top of ice, fun commute!

Well if you google Chinese Controlling the weather on Google, I just read that they are controlling the weather. They must have stolen the techknowledge from us because according to late night spook talk shows, we have been doing it all along! Now comes the worst part, "War Weathers" where we'll combat them and have all the rain falling in the middle of the ocean reducing the salt content and ships will sink because of it?

The Poliburo in Sacramento has decided that they will also take a try at Weather Control, after all they are really into "control" of all types. The latest thing they are going to "save' us from here in the PRK  is Climate Change induced by cow flatulence, "cutting edge" science.

On a more realistic note.... My former employer, Pacific Gas and Electric, seeds clouds in the Winter above the watersheds for their hydro electric power plants in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, that does seem to have some effect.
