Matt, thanks for bringing this one out ... not too much interest in these since cheap freq counters arrived .... always thought one could be integrated into a broadcash tx as a gnarly looking vfo
I've got a Lampkin 105-B in my attic somewhere, complete with the computer printout that showed offsets for various temperatures. It would, indeed, make a good VFO: the capacitor is well into "steampunk" territory.
